We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support global indirect tax (VAT) activities within a centralized operating model.
The role will support VAT compliance, cash visibility, and insourcing of documentation, while improving data quality and reporting accuracy.
The Assistant Manager will be reporting to the Global Indirect Tax Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- VAT Compliance: Track indirect tax deadlines and filings, coordinate with 3 PSP and local Finance controllers, escalate exposures, and propose process improvements.
- VAT Position: Monitor GL balances, maintain VAT cash overviews, track refunds.
- Data Quality: Ensure accuracy and completeness of VAT reporting data.
- Systems & Processes: Support SAP tax setup and transformation projects.
- VAT Support: Assist with preparation or retention of documentation.

Skills and Experience
Education and Experience
- Education (bachelor or master) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in a large tax advisory firm or in-house
- Accounting or tax Big 4 experience is a plus.
- SAP and transformation project exposure
