- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and fulfill staffing requirements across all levels.
- Handle HR Operations & • Employee Lifecycle
, including onboarding, induction, attendance, payroll inputs, leave management and offboarding.
- Drive Employee Engagement & • Employee Relations initiatives and resolve employee queries and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages and Shops & • Establishments regulations.
- Manage Performance Management and appraisal cycles.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate Learning & • Development programs.
- Partner with branch leadership on workforce planning, employee retention and HR strategy.
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare and present accurate HR MIS reports to senior management.
- Lead, mentor and develop a small HR team.

Preferred:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Certification in Labour Laws or HR Analytics

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably across HR Operations, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Karnataka labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle for a mid-to-large-sized branch/unit.
- Robust HR business partnering and workforce planning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring an HR team.
- Proficiency in HRMS / ERP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ownership, decision-making and execution skills.
