Experience : 5 years

Salary : Upto 6 LPA Travel Allowances

# Hands-on HR experience in hospitality / restaurants

# Experience handling frontline manpower and multi-branch operations.

# Robust recruitment capability for operational and supervisory roles.

# Experience with attendance, salary inputs, discipline, employee records and grievances.

# Readiness for daily branch travel and monthly Trichy / Chennai travel.

# Maturity, integrity, discretion and ability to work with management and branch head.

# Plan manpower requirements branch-wise with branch heads and management.

# Manage recruitment for kitchen, service, cashier, housekeeping, supervisory and managerial positions
