Location : Madurai
Experience : 5+ years
Salary : Upto 6 LPA + Travel Allowances
Hands-on HR experience in hospitality / restaurants
Experience handling frontline manpower and multi-branch operations.
Solid recruitment capability for operational and supervisory roles.
Experience with attendance, salary inputs, discipline, employee records and grievances.
Readiness for daily branch travel and monthly Trichy / Chennai travel.
Maturity, integrity, discretion and ability to work with management and branch head.
Plan manpower requirements branch-wise with branch heads and management.
Manage recruitment for kitchen, service, cashier, housekeeping, supervisory and managerial positions
