Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Strategic Manpower Planning

Volume Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment for operational roles across FC, MFCs, inventory, QC, and logistics.

Season Planning: Partner with supply chain leaders to forecast labor demand for peak festive/promotional spikes.

Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party staffing agencies to deploy temporary workforce seamlessly during peak operations.

2. End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management

Onboarding & Security: Lead structured induction, site orientation, and security/compliance training for current hires.

Employee Relations: Serve as primary point of contact for floor grievances, ethics, conflict resolution, and retention.

Exit Management: Oversee offboarding, exit interviews,

attrition analysis, and full & final (F&F;) clearance.

3. Performance Management System (PMS) &

Productivity

KRA/KPI Driving: Implement operational performance metrics for warehouse associates, leads, and supervisory teams.

Performance Reviews:



Facilitate monthly/quarterly appraisal cycles and execute Capability Improvement Plans (CIP).

Incentive Alignment: Align frontline productivity metrics with performance-linked incentive programs.

4. Employee Engagement, Culture & Analytics

Engagement & Culture: Design floor meets, recognition awards, safety awareness, and ergonomic wellness initiatives.

Data Governance & Metrics: Maintain shift rosters, master data, and track Time-to-Fill, Absenteeism, and 090 day

Attrition.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to labor laws,

Shop & Establishment acts, and facility audit standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 4 to 8 years as HRBP in Fulfillment Centers, Micro-

FCs, E-Commerce Logistics, or Omni-Channel Retail.

Domain Exposure: Experience in Gems & Jewelry or high-value asset retail supply chains highly preferred.

Competencies: FC floor acumen, MS Excel/HRMS analytics,

stakeholder leadership, and agility during festive scaling.
