Role Description The Assistant Manager Health Safety Environment (HSE) will oversee and implement HSE policies and procedures at Moglix’s on-site operations in Noida. This full-time role involves conducting regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations.

The position includes investigating incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

The Assistant

Manager HSE will coordinate safety training and awareness programs, support emergency preparedness initiatives,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a strong safety culture. The role also requires ongoing monitoring of occupational health conditions and environmental practices to support continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with practical experience in implementing workplace safety programs.
- Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including knowledge of relevant local regulations, standards, and environmental best practices.
- Candidates should possess Accident Investigation and Inspection skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.
- Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Professional certifications in HSE/EHS (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple HSE initiatives simultaneously.
