Tooled up design of product for tool development f. Design change as per DCN for any changes in controlled products g. To create models, drawings, 3D models using various Design tools / software h. Maintain all design records according to ISO 9001 & TS16949
i. Should create designs in line with technical configuration of the product, company procedure, regulations, standards and client expectations j. Collaborating with CFTs and senior management team product design details and drawings k. Participate in In-house/ External Testing and measuring the performance of systems l. Liaising with internal and external stake holders during process of design m.
Support
Purchase and NPD with the technically right components / generating necessary specification for the project n.
Continuously redefining possibilities for improved design solutions/ propose VE without compromising design reliability o. DCN Process follow- control and maintain to date records p.
Preparing
Project progress report and updating D&D; Head, reporting manager and management updated with the progress q. Working with CFT on value engineering activities without compromising design reliability r.
Design
Engineering, Drawings, FEA for the projects s. Visiting customer / supplier site to audit capability and check the capabilities with the growth
Preferred candidate profile
a. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years work experience in a design and development activities, including all aspects of process of development and execution.
b. Technically competent with various software programs, such as Pro E, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, FEA software
