Key Responsibilities

Manage Communications: Oversee multichannel client interactions across email, phone, and virtual meetings.

- Quality Assurance (QA): Review and approve all outgoing client materials—such as project updates, status reports, briefs, and recaps—before delivery.

- Process Creation: Build and scale productive workflows, communication templates, and follow-up procedures to optimize client satisfaction.

- Cross-Functional Liaison: Translate client feedback, needs, and requests to internal product, tech, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.

- Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for client complaints or service adjustments, providing prompt solutions.

- Relationship Building: Foster long-term trust and loyalty to drive high client retention rates.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.





- Experience: 3+ years in an advertising, creative, or media agency environment in an account management or communications role.

- Industry Knowledge: Firm understanding of digital media channels (programmatic, paid social, SEM), traditional media (TV, OOH), and basic agency terminology.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), CRM systems, and media dashboarding tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau).

- Interpersonal Strengths: High emotional intelligence, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to remain calm under tight agency deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
