Role & responsibilities

1. Plant C&I; section - Operation & Maintenance
2. Logic/SCADA creation, correction, modification of plant's different equipment's in PLC/DCS.
3. Erection, commissioning, trouble shooting of different field instruments(including PT, DPT, FE, PNEUMATIC CYLINDER, RTD, TC, Switch Etc.).
4. Erection, commissioning, trouble shooting of Control valve/ motorized valve/solenoid valve.
5. Jb/ cable scheduling, termination.
6. Monitoring, trouble shooting, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Shutdown maintenance of Plant's DCS, PLC, SCADA, Grab crane, WTP/LTP, Stoker, Boiler field instruments, FGCS, Turbine Field Instruments etc. and other different sections of plant.
7. Monitoring, trouble shooting, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance of Continuous Emission and Air quality monitoring system, UPS system, CCTV system, PA system.
8. calibration and record maintaining of different field instruments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates must have experience as an Instrumentation Engineer in Thermal/ Waste to Energy/ Bio-mass/ Captive/ Cogen Power Plants of capacity within 10-50 MW.
