Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage contract labour force, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
- Oversee factory HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure timely resolution of industrial relations issues through negotiation or mediation.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in ER & IR roles in the auto components industry.
- Robust knowledge of contract compliance, contract labour management, and labour laws.
- Proven track record in workforce planning, employee management, and plant HR operations.
