Enterprise Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Stewardship

- Own the end-to-end infrastructure estate covering data centre, physical/virtualised compute, storage, enterprise networks and workplace technology across headquarters and plant.
- Architect and govern the hybrid cloud workplace, including capacity planning, consumption economics and workload migration.
- Ensure backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, periodic DR drills and RTO/RPO compliance.
- Lead key infrastructure programmes including network modernisation, compute refresh, cloud/DR site establishment and plant connectivity enhancement.
- Maintain infrastructure security in line with the CISO agenda, covering patching, endpoint protection, hardening and closure of VAPT/ITGC observations.

Application Landscape & Operations Command

- Lead L1/L2 support and AMS delivery across SAP ERP, HRMS and plant applications covering maintenance, energy management and logistics.
- Drive daily IT operations including system health checks, incident/problem management, RCA and change management.




- Ensure reliable SAP integrations and interfaces with satellite platforms, with zero tolerance for data loss or latency.
- Manage enterprise service-desk operations across both locations, including dedicated support for senior leadership.
- Lead UAT, rollout and stabilisation of new platforms and digital initiatives sponsored by the CIO's office.

Service Assurance, SLA & Partner Governance

- Define, negotiate and enforce SLAs across internal teams, AMS partners, OEMs and service providers, with monthly service-performance reporting.
- Manage the complete AMC lifecycle, including renewals, commercial negotiations, recovery and partner performance.
- Strengthen ITSM practices covering ticket governance, escalation, knowledge management and continual service improvement.
- Prepare and present the monthly technology operations dashboard to the CIO and, where required, the MD/CXO forum.
- Oversee the IT operations budget, monitor expenditure against plan and identify cost-optimisation opportunities.
