Operations Head - Industrial and Biomedical waste management:

- End-to-End Plant &
- Equipment Operations: Direct and supervise overall plant processing facilities, including incinerator, autoclave, and landfill site operations, ensuring smooth daily execution with zero man-hour loss.

- Fleet &

- Logistics Management: Oversee the transportation and fleet operations to ensure productive, secure waste collection and delivery without cross-contaminating air, land, or water sources.

- Environmental &

- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Pollution Control Board (PCB) guidelines, maintain operational Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and ensure full compliance with waste management legislation and SOPs.

- EHS &

- Safety Leadership: Drive site-wide safety standards, mandate proper PPE usage, eliminate workplace hazards, and oversee implementation of ISO 9001 and OHSAS standards.

- Maintenance &

- Asset Upkeep: Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules while managing general plant housekeeping and environmental upkeep.

- Financial &

- Budgetary Control: Formulate and manage zonal operational budgets, optimize costs, track spare parts/consumables,



and achieve key revenue and throughput targets.

- Manpower Planning &

- Resource Optimization: Lead shift planning, labor allocation, and staff scheduling in close coordination with plant supervisors.

- Procurement &

- Inventory Coordination: Forecast operational requirements for plant consumables, spare parts, and tools, coordinating directly with stores and procurement.

- Data Analytics &

- Reporting: Collate operational statistics, analyze performance trends to optimize processes, and compile routine executive reports within strict deadlines.

- Contractor &

- Vendor Management: Monitor the performance, service quality, and contractual SLA adherence of external service providers and third-party contractors.

- Public &

- Stakeholder Relations: Manage community inquiries, resolve formal complaints, investigate illegal dumping reports, and partner with environmental enforcement staff.

- Strategy &

- Project Support: Collaborate with Project and Strategic Heads on new operational initiatives, facility developments, waste reduction targets, and promotional schemes.
