- Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Cyber Security_IT The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Cyber Security at Cadila Pharmaceuticals leads enterprise-wide information security. The role focuses on designing security architecture, securing IT/OT and cloud environments, and ensuring strict pharmaceutical compliance Key Responsibilities ● Security Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive cybersecurity policies and frameworks aligned with organizational and regulatory goals. ● OT & IT Convergence: Secure Operational Technology (OT) and manufacturing facilities alongside enterprise IT networks. ● Compliance & Audits: Ensure alignment with Data Integrity and life-sciences standards like GAMP, and ISO 27001. ● Threat & Vulnerability Management: Oversee SIEM, EDR/XDR, incident response planning, and regular penetration testing. ● Cloud & Vendor Security: Ensure security compliance across SaaS, Azure/AWS environments, and third-party IT vendors.



● Leadership & Culture: Drive security awareness programs and manage crisis management/business continuity plans.

Qualifications &

Requirements ● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ● Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are highly preferred. ● Experience: 12 to 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise cybersecurity, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or AGM capacity. ● Industry Domain: Specific prior experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing environments is typically required. ● Technical Skills: Deep understanding of network security, cloud architecture (Azure/M365), identity and access management (IAM), and IT risk management.
