AGM – Civil Construction

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Civil Construction to oversee overall project and site operations, coordinate office and site teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Oversee overall site management, including quality, safety, manpower, materials, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, billing, and resource requirements.
- Manage and coordinate office and site operations related to construction projects.
- Review site reports, project updates, and performance of project teams.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.




- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support management in planning, decision-making, and overall business operations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key issues.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong experience in site management and project coordination.
- Valuable leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for regular site visits.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
