We are looking for an experienced and dynamic lady General Manager – Customer Relations to lead and manage customer activities. .

The role involves overseeing the complete customer lifecycle—from customer onboarding and relationship management to handover, post-sales support, grievance resolution, collections coordination, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be a robust people leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilitie

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey with the organisation.
- Oversee customer onboarding, documentation, agreements, payment follow-ups, project updates, and handover activities.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, queries, and grievances.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, , Projects, Finance, Legal, Interiors, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor and drive customer collections and payment follow-ups to meet monthly targets .
- Track customer commitments, pending issues, and service requests to ensure timely closure.




- Establish and monitor customer-service processes, SOPs, and performance standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure appropriate resolution with a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Monitor team performance through defined KPIs and ensure achievement of departmental targets..
- Prepare and present periodic reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, collections, pending issues, and operational performance to senior management.
- Ensure effective communication with customers through calls, meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
- Represent the organisation in customer meetings, project-related discussions, and other important customer interactions.
- Support branch-level initiatives and contribute to overall business and customer-experience objectives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
