We are looking for an experienced Finance professional with strong manufacturing industry exposure to manage financial operations, MIS, budgeting, analysis and accounting-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities of the manufacturing unit.
- Prepare and analyse MIS, financial reports and management dashboards.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
- Analyse costs and identify opportunities for cost control and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial,
statutory and accounting requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial and management reports.

Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel and ERP/SAP knowledge.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work from Jodhpur.
