Key Responsibilities

1. Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion

2. Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects including materials, labour, and overheads

3. Analyse project specifications and quantify materials required

4. Work with vendors to obtain quotations and compare pricing for cost-effectiveness

5. Site execution and project management; coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely completion

6. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety and standards

7. Experience in Civil design engineering, understanding of load details, and preparation of Civil drawings

8. Experience in understanding Civil detail drawings and civil construction work at site

9. Knowledge of Computer Aided Design, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and 3D modelling

10. Coordinate with detail engineering consultants for approval and release of construction/IFC drawings for Civil works at site

Obtains all necessary regulations and permits

12. Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment

13. Ensures projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans

14. Communicates with contractors and delivers project progress reports

15. Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan

16. Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists

17. Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists

18. Knowledge of building codes
19. Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers

20. Supervises construction manager and assistant project managers

21. Solid organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills
