KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage FMCG sourcing and purchasing activities
- Develop effective supplier and sourcing strategies
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts & commercial terms
- Monitor supplier performance, quality & on-time delivery
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Track market trends, commodity prices and product availability
- Drive cost optimization and procurement efficiency
- Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations & other teams
- Monitor procurement KPIs and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, FIFO, GMP & safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of experience in FMCG Purchasing / Procurement / Sourcing

Robust vendor management & negotiation skills

Experience in managing on-time deliveries and supplier performance

Good understanding of FMCG products, pricing and market trends

Strong analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
