Job purpose To provide essential nursing care and support in the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) at the AGEL Khavda unit. The role involves conducting physical examinations, assisting in Tele-consultations.

Duties and responsibilities  Conduct physical examination, administer first aid, and assist in the management of minor injuries and ailments.  Facilitate teleconsultations, ensuring that all necessary patient information is available and that the outcomes are communicated clearly to patients in the regional language.  Update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with patient data, consultation outcomes, and treatment plans.  Counsel patients on preventive care, health management, and follow-up treatments.  Assist in managing medical supplies, ensuring timely replenishment of consumables and medications.  Provide immediate care in emergency situations under the guidance of the onsite medical officer.

apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services Qualifications / Certifications  ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.  Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or remote site setting.

Working conditions  The paramedic must be medically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.  Must be open to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities. Technical / Physical requirements  Job location: Khavda Village, Kachchh, Gujarat  Timings: Rotational shift.  Break Shift  Duty Hours:8:30AM-12:30PM  Break:12:30PM – 3:30PM  Duty Hours: 3:30PM – 7:30PM  Sunday: 9AM- 1PM  Should be available on call basis beyond OPD hours  Should be versatile for Break Shift & straight shift (9AM-6PM) as and when required.
