Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls, denials, and follow-ups to ensure timely payment from patients.

- Lead a team of AR callers to achieve daily targets and maintain high-quality service standards.

- Handle patient queries related to billing, insurance claims, and payment plans.

- Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to reduce write-offs.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in hospital administration or medical billing industry.

- Solid knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
