Actsoft Advisors provide accounting & Bookkeeping service to their client and for job opening, need following work to be done by Assistant Accountant

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Recording Purchase

Recording Expense

Recording Sales & generating Sales Invoice E Way & E Invoice Generation (Working Knowledge)

Post journal entries & Record TDS & year end entries

Perform monthly bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.

Prepare trial balance, P&L;, balance sheet, and other financial statements.

Ensure correct tax codes, ledger selection, and narration in entries.

Maintain organized digital and physical records.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor bills, payments, and supplier reconciliations

Raise customer invoices, track collections (No Follow up with Clients)

Monitor credit limits and ageing analysis

3. Tax & Compliance Support

Assist in preparation of GST returns

Monthly GST Reconciling with GSTR 2A, GSTR2B & GSTR1

Support TDS calculation, payment, and return filing





Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines

(Only working knowledge required, return filing knowledge not required as compulsion)

4. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly MIS reports for management

Analyse variances in income/expenses and provide actionable insights

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Prepare Monthly Check list and Task completion report for client

5. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with clients & their auditors

Valuable communication skills communicating with clients

Provide timely responses to internal and external queries

Support in documentation and record management

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting & debit credit

Proficiency in Tally Prime majorly

Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic formulas).

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and problem-solving abilities
