Assembly Line Worker – Extension Board Manufacturing

Job Overview
We are looking for an Assembly Line Worker for manufacturing and assembly of electrical extension boards and related products.
The candidate will work on the production line and be responsible for assembling components, electrical wiring, PCB soldering and final product preparation as per the defined process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of electrical extension boards on the production line.
- Carry out electrical wiring and connection of components.
- Perform PCB soldering and component assembly.
- Assemble switches, sockets, PCBs, wires and other internal components.
- Follow the defined line-wise assembly process and work instructions.
- Ensure correct wiring, component placement and assembly.
- Perform basic quality checks during assembly.
- Identify defective components, loose connections or soldering issues and report them.
- Support testing, finishing, packing and labeling activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring.
- Hands-on experience in PCB soldering.
- Experience in electrical/electronic product assembly preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Good understanding of component identification and connections.
- Ability to work on a production/assembly line.
- Good speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards.
Preferred Experience Experience in assembly of extension boards, spike guards, switches, electrical accessories, chargers, adapters or similar electrical/electronic products will be preferred.
Freshers with basic electrical knowledge and soldering skills may also be considered.
