Fivermail is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asiaswift specialist to join our growing payroll team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient and accurate processing of payroll for our employees across the Asia region, utilizing the Asiaswift platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll principles and practices, including tax regulations, statutory deductions, and reporting requirements specific to Asian countries. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.

Experience with Asiaswift software is highly preferred, but we are willing to provide training for candidates with a solid payroll background and a demonstrable aptitude for learning new systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and employees. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and committed to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.

- Minimum 0 to 6 years of overall payroll experience.
- Budget: Max $90,000 USD per year.

- Process payroll accurately and timely for employees across the Asia region using Asiaswift.

- Generate reports and analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
