The team designs structured, age-appropriate, habit-based financial education programs that help learners develop confidence and discipline in managing money.

Programs emphasize practical learning through tools, real-life examples, and guided habit-building across key areas such as money mindset, saving, budgeting, banking, insurance awareness, investment basics, and financial planning.

Culture collaborates with schools, colleges, and other institutions to deliver NEP 2020–aligned courses, certificates, and LMS-based digital learning. Its mission is to establish a strong foundation for informed financial decision-making from an early age, enabling individuals to build secure financial futures.

Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Teacher and Subject Matter Expert will design and deliver engaging AI-focused lessons and modules that integrate with Money Culture’s financial literacy curriculum. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site teaching and meetings, and some work-from-home for preparation, content development, and student support.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive sessions on AI concepts and applications, creating age-appropriate learning materials,



assessments, and projects, and collaborating with the curriculum team to align AI topics with program objectives. The role also involves mentoring learners, responding to questions through digital platforms, and using the organization’s LMS and other tools to track learner progress and improve outcomes. The teacher will stay updated on AI trends and best practices to ensure content remains current, relevant, and accessible.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to diverse age groups.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills for designing curriculum, activities, and assessments related to AI and financial literacy.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple, engaging language.
- Relevant experience or academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience using digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and interactive teaching methods.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune City, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate with institutional partners.
- Prior experience in financial literacy, STEM education, or curriculum development will be an advantage.
