ROLE OVERVIEW

Role Scope: Designed for an adaptive AI Engineer to build multimodal AI workflows, integrate LLM APIs, and architect agentic/generative AI pipelines; offering a high-impact environment to bridge applied GenAI and deep machine learning as we scale.

Location & Work Mode: Full time, in-office role based at our Chennai Center

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Multimodal AI & GenAI Pipelines: Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and generative pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph (Python) to process multimodal inputs (text and images).

LLM API Integration & Prompt Engineering: Integrate large language model APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.) and engineer robust prompt structures to extract deterministic, structured outputs.

REST API & Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain clean REST APIs using Python/JavaScript to connect AI engine pipelines with core product microservices.

Computer Vision & Image Preprocessing: Implement image feature extraction, preprocessing pipelines, and embedding workflows for similarity matching and computational vision.

RAG & Knowledge Systems: Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector embeddings for real-time data retrieval.

Model Fine-Tuning & Custom ML: Fine-tune existing foundation models (using LoRA/supervised techniques) and explore custom ML/CNN model training as product features evolve.





Deployment & Production Integration: Package, test, and deploy AI services across cloud environments and integrate with Next.js API routes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related quantitative field with 1 to 3 years of hands-on software development/AI experience.

GenAI & Agentic Stack: High proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LLM API integration (Gemini, OpenAI), prompt engineering, and structured data extraction.

Core AI/ML & Vision Foundation: Solid grasp of core Python ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn), image preprocessing, embedding models, and REST API design for AI-driven features.

Advanced ML & CV (Desired): Hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, model fine-tuning (LoRA), CNNs/computer vision, and RAG architectures.

Deployment & Web Tools (Desired): Familiarity with Next.js API routes, JavaScript, and cloud deployments on platforms such as Vercel, Render, or Digital Ocean.

Startup Mindset: Technically broad, adaptive engineer capable of moving smoothly between applied GenAI integration and deeper machine learning work.
