Technical Skills

Solid hands-on capability in a practical combination of:

1. Python, SQL and PostgreSQL.

2. APIs, OpenAI/LLM APIs and AI agents.

3. RAG, prompt engineering and vector databases.

4. n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent workflow tools.

5. Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

6. Cloud platforms, Git and ERP/CRM integrations.

7. OCR/document intelligence.

8. Basic frontend/backend development.

9. Experience connecting AI with ERP, CRM, accounting software, email, spreadsheets and manufacturing data will be highly valued.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

1. Preferred: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline.

2. Candidates with exceptional practical AI/automation capability may be considered irrespective of formal specialization.

3. Experience: Approximately 2-7 years preferred.

4. Startup, consulting, manufacturing digital-transformation or AI-automation experience is valuable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Study each department and identify processes to automate, digitize, standardize, integrate and monitor remotely.

2. Develop secure AI agents and workflows for document processing, email, quotations, follow-ups, procurement comparisons, reporting, task allocation, data analysis and alerts.

3. Create a centralized management command centre covering daily activities, production, sales pipeline, procurement, vendors, inventory, receivables/payables, cash flow, productivity, customers, projects and approvals.

4. Set KPI thresholds and automated escalation systems for deviations, delays, abnormal prices, cash-flow risks and operational exceptions..
