Role Description The Article Trainee will support consulting and compliance activities under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time, in office role based in Thane. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with documentation, preparing reports, organizing project files, and maintaining accurate records. The trainee will help in gathering and analyzing data, drafting structured write-ups or summaries, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, following standard operating procedures, and learning relevant regulatory or industry guidelines.



This position is intended for individuals seeking hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to professional consulting work.

Qualifications

- CA Intermediate cleared (both groups)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, structured documents and reports.
- Basic analytical and research abilities, including data gathering, interpretation, and summarizing findings.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and learning new software as needed.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and follow professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
- Educational background in commerce, finance, business, or a related discipline is preferred; trainees pursuing professional qualifications (such as CA/CS/CMA or similar) may be an advantage.
