– CA Article Assistant | Internal Audit /n Position- CA Article Assistant – Internal Audit /n Location- Gurugram, Haryana /n Department- Internal Audit /n About the Role /n We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Assistant to join our Internal Audit team in Gurugram. /n The role will provide hands-on exposure to internal audit, process reviews, risk assessment, internal financial controls and compliance across various business processes. /n The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, analytical ability, attention to detail and a keen interest in developing a career in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Assist in planning and execution of Internal Audit assignments across various business processes.

/n

- Perform process walkthroughs and understand key business processes and controls.

/n

- Assist in identifying risks and control gaps and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.

/n

- Support preparation and documentation of Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs).

/n

- Perform process audits and control testing based on defined audit procedures.

/n

- Assist in testing of Internal Financial Controls (IFC/ICFR).

/n

- Identify audit observations, control deficiencies and areas of process improvement.

/n

- Prepare transparent and concise audit working papers and documentation.

/n

- Assist in preparing audit reports and management presentations.

/n

- Perform data analysis and substantive testing to identify unusual trends, exceptions and potential control issues.

/n

- Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders for obtaining information and resolving audit queries.

/n

- Support senior team members in various risk assessment,



compliance and internal control assignments.

/n /n Candidate Profile: /n /n

- CA – Both Groups Cleared preferred.

/n

- Candidates pursuing CA Articleship with a strong interest in Internal Audit are encouraged to apply.

/n

- Candidates who have completed their CA Foundation and Intermediate examinations with relevant eligibility may also be considered.

/n /n Required Skills: /n /n

- Strong understanding of Accounting and Auditing fundamentals.

/n

- Basic understanding of Internal Audit, Risk & Controls.

/n

- Knowledge of RCM, IFC/ICFR and process controls will be an advantage.

/n

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

/n

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

/n

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
