Role Description The Article Trainee will support the finance and accounting team in day-to-day activities, including data entry, financial documentation, and preparation of basic reports and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping tasks, organizing and reviewing financial records, supporting audits, and helping prepare schedules and summaries for senior professionals. The trainee will learn standard processes and tools used in financial process outsourcing, work closely with mentors to understand client requirements, and contribute to maintaining accurate, compliant financial information. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring consistent office presence and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

- Solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles and business finance, with an interest in financial process outsourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office productivity tools; ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and structured data.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and document work clearly.
- Positive organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram and adapt to structured processes and guidelines.
- Pursuing or having completed a relevant qualification in accounting, finance, commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, CA/ICWA/CS internship) is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and a professional approach to client confidentiality and data security.
