Responsibility of managing OYO Workspace center expansions and new center partnerships for the assigned territory which include:
- Curating and managing opportunities for current centers/partnerships in target micro markets within the assigned territory
- Pitching our Value proposition to prospective Landlord Patrons
- Structuring deals, and taking them to closure
- Working with cross functional internal teams for site selection, analysis, approvals towards making the center live
- Account Management: Ensuring strong relationship with Patrons and Landlords in the assigned territory
SKILLS
- Excellent spoken and written communication, strong negotiation and indirect/ cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Good channel partner connect/network among IPCs and DPCs
- Strong analytical skills, structured problem solving ability and 1st principle thinking
- Deal Modeling and structuring
- Ability to understand, draft and negotiate legal Agreements
- 4-5 years of experience in similar or roles with Co-Working Operators, Property Consultants or Developers
