Manager will be responsible for developing and managing channel partners, distributors, and dealers for CCTV surveillance products. The role focuses on expanding market reach, driving sales through partner networks, and building strong relationships with system integrators and resellers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a network of channel partners, distributors, and system integrators for CCTV surveillance products.

- Drive sales growth through channel partners and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Identify and onboard recent partners to expand market coverage.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

- Provide product training, sales support, and technical guidance to channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

- Plan and execute partner engagement activities such as dealer meets, training sessions, and promotional programs.





- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support partner sales activities.

- Track sales performance and maintain regular reports on channel partner performance.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage partner credit limits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 5–10 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in CCTV / security surveillance industry.

- Strong network with dealers, distributors, and system integrators.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work with sales targets and market expansion strategies.

- Good understanding of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, and surveillance solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with security products such as IP cameras, access control systems, or video surveillance solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and partner management abilities.
