- Target Achievement: Drive the local team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate field sales representatives and officers.
- Territory Strategy: Identify market gaps, analyze local consumer trends, and build expansion plans.
- Channel & Distribution: Manage relationships with regional distributors, retailers, and key institutional clients.
- Reporting: Review sales performance metrics and submit data-driven forecasts to senior management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
