We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) segment. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new HoReCa clients.
- Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with distribution, operations, and internal teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular territory updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Horeca sales, FMCG, food service, or hospitality sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and HoReCa customer network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
