- Managing LAP loan against property across assigned region.

- Interact regularly with Sales Manager to achieve set target of LAP.

- Lead and supervise the sales team for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.

- Managing overall operations including strategic planning, sales, customer service, relationship management, etc.

- Provide market intelligence in terms of business, product and marketing strategies.

- Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

- Managing Operations activity & Sales Data analytics and reporting for periodic

Business Reviews and conferences.
