Job Summary:

We are looking for an Area Manager – Operations who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Olive Living properties, ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, exceptional resident experience, and compliance with company standards. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while managing teams, assets, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations across assigned properties to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

- Drive operational efficiency while identifying and implementing cost optimization initiatives to minimize operating expenses.

- Develop, implement, and monitor operational SOPs and service standards across all properties.

- Plan and optimize manpower deployment based on business requirements.

- Conduct regular property visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during new property onboarding, audits, and operational readiness.

- Work closely with Resident/Property Managers to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Monitor Google reviews, guest feedback, and service quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Oversee cash management, petty cash utilization, and maintenance of cash books.

Financial Management:

- Monitor operational expenses and support budget adherence across assigned properties.

- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely vendor payments.

- Review monthly income and expense statements and support financial reporting.

- Ensure timely submission of invoices, AMC documentation, and other financial records.

Resident Experience:

- Manage resident escalations and complaints,



ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and in office teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

- Oversee move-outs, exits, and eviction processes professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies.

People Leadership:

- Lead, coach, and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to achieve operational goals.

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve service standards, operational processes, and team performance.

- Drive accountability, discipline, and adherence to operational checklists and SOPs.

- Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Asset & Compliance Management:

- Take ownership of all physical assets across assigned properties and ensure their upkeep and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office, Rooms Division, or Food & Beverage, with experience managing multiple properties being an advantage.

- Strong operational and financial management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Positive, proactive, and customer-centric approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Knowledge of hospitality or managed living industry and local market dynamics is preferred.

- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
