About the Role

Nadodi Narratives is looking for an Architectural Drafter + 3D Visualizer to support our architectural and interior design projects.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently from home, understands architectural and interior design drawings, and can translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and convincing 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans and other required drawings.
- Develop 3D models and architectural/interior visualizations based on design concepts and references provided.
- Prepare presentation-quality renders for client presentations and project development.
- Make revisions to drawings and 3D models based on design feedback.
- Understand sketches, reference images, measurements and design instructions and convert them into usable drawings/models.
- Coordinate remotely with the design team and provide regular updates on assigned work.
- Maintain organized drawing files, models and project documentation.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed project deadlines.

Required Skills
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Proficiency in any professional 3D modelling and visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender or similar.




- Familiarity with one or more rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, Twinmotion or similar is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Ability to understand plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, materials and design details.
- Good sense of scale, proportion, materials, lighting and composition for 3D visualization.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand instructions clearly and communicate questions or project issues when required.
- Comfortable learning new software and workflows when necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks while working remotely.
