Trident Design And Contract is a fast-growing company specializing in airport and hospitality projects across India. The company's expertise lies in delivering high-quality interior fit-out and construction solutions with a strong focus on execution, quality and timely project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Architect with 12-15 years of professional experience in architecture and construction, with strong exposure to high-end and luxury hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on premium, international-standard hotel projects, with a solid understanding of architectural execution, detailing, finishes, and site coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for architectural coordination, drawing review, site execution, consultant coordination, and ensuring that project works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, GFC drawings, and design documents.

· Coordinate architectural works between consultants, site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, design intent, specifications, and quality standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural execution and finishing works.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other project teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.

· Review shop drawings, architectural details, material samples, mock-ups, and finishes.

· Identify drawing discrepancies, clashes, and site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

· Liaise with architects, consultants, project management teams,



and client representatives for approvals and technical clarifications.

· Monitor architectural activities and ensure timely completion as per project schedules.

· Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.

· Participate in project meetings and provide updates on architectural progress, issues, and pending decisions.

· Supervise and coordinate snagging, rectification, and handover activities.

· Maintain necessary architectural documentation, drawings, reports, and site records.

· Ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the site execution team.

Mandatory Requirements

· B.Arch / Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.

· 12-15 years of relevant experience in architecture and construction.

· Mandatory experience in high-end / luxury hospitality projects.

· Experience working on premium, international-standard hotels, luxury hotels, 5-star hotels, or similar high-end hospitality projects will be highly preferred.

· Strong hands-on experience in architectural site execution and project coordination.

· Strong understanding of architectural drawings, GFC drawings, shop drawings, detailing, and finishing works.

· Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors,



subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

· Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, specifications, and quality standards.

· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage architectural responsibilities at the project/site level.

Preferred Skills

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.

· Strong knowledge of hospitality architecture and interior fit-out works.

· Experience in large-scale hotel construction, renovation, or refurbishment projects.

· Good understanding of architectural detailing, premium finishes, and high-quality workmanship.

· Experience handling multiple stakeholders and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a senior-level architect with extensive hands-on construction and site execution experience, particularly in high-end and luxury hospitality projects. The candidate should have experience delivering projects where architectural quality, premium finishes, detailing, and execution standards are critical.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
