Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and creating detailed plans for construction and interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that designs align with sustainability goals and project requirements. The role involves reviewing site conditions, conducting design feasibility studies, and overseeing integration of design elements from concept through execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad,



requiring regular presence at the studio and project locations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans and drawings.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or other architectural software workflows.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant qualified experience in building design or interior architecture.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and interest in contemporary, cost-effective, and alternative construction techniques.
