We are seeking a driven Architect / Project Coordinator with direct UK project experience to support the technical delivery of residential developments across the United Kingdom.

Based in our office in the Tricity area (Chandigarh/Mohali), this role involves close collaboration with UK-based consultants, contractors, and design teams. You will play a key role in coordinating technical information, ensuring strict compliance with UK Building Regulations, and supporting projects across all RIBA stages.

This is an excellent chance for an architecturally trained professional with strong technical expertise and hands-on exposure to UK standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Coordination:

- Coordinate architectural and technical information across all RIBA stages (0–7).
- Review and manage drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, fire, and specialist consultants.

Consultant & Contractor Coordination:

- Act as the primary offshore technical contact for UK-based design teams.
- Track RFIs,



design queries, and technical submissions efficiently.
- Assist in responding accurately to contractor and consultant queries.

Drawing & Document Management:

- Maintain comprehensive drawing registers, revisions, and issue logs.
- Ensure the timely issuance of drawings aligned with strict project schedules.
- Keep accurate records of approvals, revisions, and technical decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience, with proven UK project exposure (Preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Strong, working understanding of UK Building Regulations, the RIBA Plan of Work, and UK residential project delivery.
- Technical Skills:
- AutoCAD (Essential)
- Revit (Highly Preferred)
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mohali, Punjab
