Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Nagpur. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare design drawings and detailed plans, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing building codes and regulations, preparing project documentation, and ensuring design quality and feasibility. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, resource coordination,



and progress tracking.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring project deliverables.

- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD,SketchUp) and visualization tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or eligibility is an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of local building codes, standards, and permitting processes in India, particularly Nagpur and surrounding regions.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and commitment to sustainable and safe design practices.
