About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Architect Assistant to support our architectural and interior design projects. The candidate will work closely with architects and designers on drawings, documentation, site coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist architects in preparing 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create and modify architectural drawings as per project requirements.
- Support architects during client meetings and design discussions.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Assist in material selection, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Make design revisions based on client and senior architect feedback.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project files.
- Ensure drawings and designs follow project requirements and applicable standards.
- Research new architectural materials, design trends, and construction techniques.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic to good knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and space planning.
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
- Good visualization and design sense.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture) or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- A portfolio of academic or professional projects will be an advantage.
