Responsibilities

- Demonstrate understanding of space planning, have good aesthetic sense and functionality.
- Prepare fit out plans for bear shell structures and also work on customizations for the existing setup. Prepare layouts for the co working space, franchise and customizations requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and come up with layouts as required for client proposals within a given schedule.
- Ability to develop and present design concepts and plans. Define project requirements and schedule.
- Knowledge of furniture systems, materials and rates. Understanding of the chronology of execution on-site.
- Work with design and fit out agencies, prepare time frame estimations, prepare reports on work progress and periodically check on work.
- Conduct in office observations and provide recommendations for changes required as per site conditions.




- Prepare bill of quantities for any fit out requirements for the IT Park and Co working space.
- Coordination with vendors and agencies; vendor development and assessment.
- Material sourcing and sampling; getting approvals done. Selection of furniture, designing furniture, materials, dcor and finishes within a given budget.
- Maintain quality check on-site and timely completion.
- Collaborate with marketing team in preparing marketing collateral's for the centers.

Experience 4 to 10 years

Location- Nahur (near railway station)

Qualification Bachelors in Architecture

Skills Required

- -Proficiency in AutoCAD.

- -Research and follow industry changes and practices.
