- Manage AR, collections, cash application, reconciliation and month-end close.
- Monitor DSO, ageing, cash flow and working capital.
- Manage credit limits, credit blocks, disputes and doubtful debt provisions.
- Prepare AR/MIS reports, dashboards and forecasts.
- Drive process improvements and ensure robust internal controls and audit compliance.
- Manage customer and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and develop the AR team.
- Work with global teams, including North American stakeholders/time zones.
- Hands-on experience with SAP AR/Credit Management and Advanced Excel.
Preferred candidate profile 8-15 years in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Credit & Collections, with strong people-management experience.
