Role Description The Arabic Language Communication Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The trainer will conduct interactive Arabic communication sessions, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for learners at various proficiency levels.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering classroom and small-group training, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will design or adapt curricula and training materials to meet learner objectives, incorporate intercultural communication aspects into lessons, and maintain accurate training records.



Collaboration with the training team to improve course content, participate in internal meetings, and support learner engagement and motivation are also key components of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, with experience delivering language or communication programs.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Writing skills for lesson planning and creating training materials.
- Candidates should possess Intercultural Communication skills to address diverse learner backgrounds and cultural contexts.
- Proficiency in Arabic (preferably native or near-native level) and solid command of English.
- Prior experience as a language trainer, teacher, or corporate communication coach is beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Languages, Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust classroom management, organizational abilities, and a learner-centered training approach.
