Job Title: Aptitude Trainer for Bank Exam

Shifts: Rotational (e.g., 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and performance)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for bank exams, SSC exams, RRB, and other competitive exams. The trainer will develop students’ problem-solving abilities and ensure they are well-prepared for the quantitative and reasoning sections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and online sessions for quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Prepare study material, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop strategies and tips for time management during exams.
- Motivate students and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of aptitude, reasoning, and quantitative skills.
- Experience teaching competitive exams is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a easy, easy-to-understand manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to handle students with varying skill levels.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in aptitude or competitive exams.
- Familiarity with exam patterns like IBPS, SSC, RRB, etc.
