Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Aptitude Trainers providing semester-long training across institutions in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves planning and delivering aptitude classes covering quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics, aligned with academic and placement requirements. Trainers will design lesson plans, practice tests, and assessments, and provide regular feedback to learners to help them improve their performance.

They will collaborate with academic coordinators and placement teams to schedule sessions, track progress, and support training-related reporting.



The role also includes mentoring students on exam strategies, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and maintaining a professional, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and institutional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Training and Teaching skills to design, deliver, and assess aptitude-based learning modules.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to support awareness sessions, demo classes, and institutional engagement where required.
- Sound knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability relevant to campus placements and competitive exams.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, adapt teaching methods to diverse learner levels, and use digital tools for training support.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Mathematics, Engineering, or Management is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, teacher, or corporate trainer in the education or skill development sector is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu as needed and work in coordination with multiple institutions during the semester.
