USGI Legal Entity is seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our Emerging Markets department as an Apprentice. This full‑time, back‑office role provides hands‑on exposure to market analysis, client onboarding, and administrative support while developing professional skills in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts with data collection and entry for emerging market projects.
- Prepare and format routine reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage internal and external email communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and update databases.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and slide decks.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings and conference calls across time zones.
- Perform basic research on market trends and regulatory updates.
- Help with onboarding documentation for current clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and email etiquette.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, charts).
- General computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
