About the Job

We are looking for a skilled PLC & HMI Programmer in Gurgaon who can develop, modify, troubleshoot and maintain PLC and HMI-based automation systems. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI configuration and machine control systems.

The candidate will work closely with the engineering, production and maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation of automated machinery and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial automation and machine-control applications.
- Design, configure and troubleshoot HMI systems and screens.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, control-panel and automation-related issues.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing and troubleshooting.
- Understand electrical control drawings and automation schematics.
- Integrate PLCs with sensors, drives, motors and other industrial equipment.
- Support installation and commissioning of automation systems at customer/project locations when required.
- Modify existing PLC/HMI programs according to machine and production requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical,



production and maintenance teams for smooth machine operation.
- Maintain technical documentation related to PLC and HMI programming.
- Follow industrial safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming and HMI Programming.
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and fault finding.
- Understanding of electrical control panels and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of sensors, VFDs, motors and industrial control systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and automation drawings.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with an engineering team.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in PLC and HMI programming.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or a related engineering discipline.
- Practical exposure to industrial automation and machine controls.
- Candidates currently based in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR or nearby locations will be preferred.
