- 2+ years experience in IBM TRIRIGA and Workplace Technology solutions, including implementation (configuration, workflows, integrations, data migration, testing), upgrades, integrations, maintenance & support.
- Strong production support experience, managing incident resolution, defect triage, enhancements, code fixes, deployments, and SLA-driven support activities.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination, ensuring successful delivery of business-critical application enhancements.
- Domain knowledge in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, and Commercial Real Estate, closely aligned with enterprise non-clinical application environments.
- Solid collaboration and problem-solving skills, working effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and end users to optimize application performance and operational efficiency.
