- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Amazon Web Services.
- Robust troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes within cloud environments.
- Ability to work with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud platforms.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
